Lara Handelsman

Lara Handelsman is a Prosci certified Senior in the Consulting practice of Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in the Government and Public Sector. With over two and a half years of experience, they focus on change management and operating model work. Prior to this, Lara worked as a Student Consultant and Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they designed projects and conducted policy research on local food systems and civil conflicts. Lara graduated from the same university in May 2018 with a degree in Public Policy, Peace, War, and Defense, and Environmental Studies.
