Laura Needham

Laura Needham is a Global Strategy & Operations Leader in the Life Sciences & Health Sector at EY, a position held since 2020. Previously, Laura worked in various advisory roles at EY, including Senior Manager and Director. Prior to EY, Laura was a Commercial Manager at Rolls-Royce and held multiple positions there, including Customer Business Leadership Graduate. Laura’s career began with a role as a Contract Specialist at Accenture. Educationally, Laura holds a BBA in European Management from Lancaster University and a Diplom Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the European School of Business, Reutlingen, alongside A-Levels and GCSEs from Tring School.
