Laura Winthrop is the Director of Global Public Policy at EY, a position held since 2022. They previously served as a Senior Advisor in the Secretary's Office of Global Partnerships at the U.S. Department of State from 2016 to 2017 and as a Professional Staff Member on the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations from 2009 to 2011. Laura has also been a Board Member at All Hands and Hearts - Smart Response since 2011 and held several leadership roles, including Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at the U.S.-Japan Council. They earned a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a BA in History and International Relations, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
