Lauren Schaffer is currently a Manager at EY, where they previously held positions as a Senior Consultant and a Business Consultant Staff. They began their journey with EY as a Business Advisory Program Intern. In 2017, Lauren completed a summer internship with Health Coach Jaye. They earned a degree in Global Health and Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating in 2019.
