Lauren Stanton is the EY Oceania Talent Leader, dedicated to helping others rise and achieve more through their work at EY. With extensive experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and talent strategy, they currently lead Talent Attraction & Acquisition across Oceania. Previously, Lauren held roles as an Executive Coach and in various leadership positions within EY, focusing on coaching, performance, and talent sourcing. They co-lead the EY Gender Network in Brisbane and are a qualified organisational coach. Lauren is also pursuing a Bachelor in Communication at The University of Queensland.
