Laurence Osen

Laurence Osen is a Partner at EY with over fifteen years of experience in government incentives, helping clients access various forms of support to foster growth and create impactful outcomes. Laurence leads a team specializing in tax incentives and grants across diverse sectors, including sustainability and technology. Prior to their current role, Laurence served in various scientific and management positions, including at Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology and Sonic Healthcare. Laurence has been actively involved with the NSW Rural Fire Service since 2000, holding the title of Deputy Captain, and continues to contribute as a committee member at Wolper Jewish Hospital and a mentor at Boomerang Labs. Laurence holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Advanced Science with Honours from the University of New South Wales.
