Lee Downham is currently serving as the Managing Partner at EY and the EY Energy & Resources Leader for the UK&I. With a career at EY that began in 2004, Lee has held several significant roles, including Global Lead Partner for Mining & Metals Transaction Advisory Services and UK&I Markets Lead for Strategy & Transactions. Prior to joining EY, Lee worked in Corporate Finance at Moore Stephens from 2001 to 2004 and was an Auditor at Blick Rothenberg from 1996 to 2001.
