Leonard Tsao is a seasoned Project Management Consultant with over seven years of experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects across Victoria. Specializing in both the public and private sectors, they have supported notable clients such as the Victorian Health Building Authority and Major Road Projects Victoria. Currently, they are part of EY’s Oceania Consulting Quality Team, providing oversight and support to the consulting portfolio.
