They have held key roles such as Senior Financial Analyst at Rakuten Kobo Inc. and cost control and business finance manager positions at Alshaya, where they successfully oversaw budgeting, cost optimization, and financial operations. Currently, Lester is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management at IGNOU, an MBA in Advanced Marketing Management from Mangalore University, and a BSc. in Computer Science from St. Aloysius College.
