Leticia Arias

Leticia Arias is a Tax Partner and Latam OSE Lead at EY, where they lead initiatives in international tax services. Their previous experience includes serving as the International Tax Director at the Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas in Panama, representing the country before the OECD. Leticia began their career as an Associate at Galindo, Arias & López and has since held various leadership roles in international tax at EY. They earned a Magna Cum Laude LL.B in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and an LL.M in International Taxation and Corporate Law from Columbia University School of Law.
