Liat Brudnoy

Liat Brudnoy is a seasoned Learning and Development Executive with over two decades of experience in corporate learning. They are currently the Innovation and Future Skills Learning Leader at EY, where they develop training strategies and oversee a high-performing team. In previous roles, Liat has contributed to numerous organizations, including Deloitte, CPA Ontario, and the University Health Network, focusing on instructional design, curriculum development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Liat holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Western University and McMaster University, respectively, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from Athabasca University.
