Lindsay Swanson

Lindsay Swanson is a Canadian leader in Supplier Diversity & Inclusion and the Chair of EY Unity based in Toronto. They have a diverse professional background, having worked at KPMG Canada as a National Manager, leading business development efforts, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in Transfer Pricing, where they managed projects and enhanced team collaboration. Lindsay also served as Chief of Staff for Financial Services at EY, overseeing strategy and operations, and currently focuses on implementing programs that enhance diversity within the company's supply chain. They are pursuing a Master's in Economics at the University of Guelph and have a Bachelor's degree in Math and Economics from Queen's University.
