Lindsay Thomason

Lindsay Thomason is a Senior Manager at EY in the National Tax - Passthrough Transactions Group, bringing extensive experience in M&A Tax management, particularly in Subchapter K and Passthrough Entities. Lindsay has held various positions at EY, progressing from Senior Associate to Manager before achieving the Senior Manager role. Prior to EY, Lindsay was a Senior Associate at PwC and served as a Legal Extern at the Office of Chief Counsel - LB&I. Lindsay earned a Master of Laws in Taxation, with Distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from South Texas College of Law. Currently, Lindsay is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, summa cum laude, at the University of Houston.
