Lipeng He

Lipeng Lipeng is currently a Partner at EY and serves as the Deputy Leader of the Asia-Pacific Tax Desk. With experience as a M&A Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte, Lipeng provided tax consultative services for complex transactions involving private equity clients and international firms. From 2013 to 2016, Lipeng continued this expertise in Hong Kong, focusing on M&A transactions in the APAC region. Prior to these roles, Lipeng held positions at Deloitte & Touche LLP and assisted with tax structuring during corporate reorganizations and transactions.
