Lisanne Winter is a Senior HR Consultant at EY, specializing in Reward, Recognition, and the Employee Experience. With a Master's degree in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology from UCL, Lisanne has gained diverse experience across several consultancy and advisory roles, including as a Junior HR Consultant at QCG Ltd and HR Process & Payroll Consultant at both Quoratio Groep and Royal BAM Group nv.
