Liz Noble

Liz Noble is the Head of Student Recruitment at EY, where they lead the recruitment function, filling approximately 2,500 roles annually across the UK. Previously, Liz served in various recruitment roles at EY, including Student Recruitment Officer for undergraduates and school leavers, and played a key role in programme management and candidate development. Liz began their career as a Recruitment Co-ordinator at Ernst & Young and also gained experience as an HR Generalist team support member with the NHS. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Birmingham.
