Lorette Pierson, CRHA, is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across various sectors, including international consulting and defense. Starting as a Manager in Human Capital at Ernst & Young, Lorette directed global mobility services and later led HR initiatives at CAE Inc., creating a department focused on expatriate management and advising on HR strategies for the defense and security sectors. Lorette contributed as a Human Resources Director at Nelson Education, managing HR functions for the Montreal division, and currently serves as a Manager in People Consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, where Lorette supports organizational transformation and talent development. Lorette holds multiple master's level degrees in Law and Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a master's degree in international law from Université Paul Sabatier - Toulouse.
