Lori Cushman is a Managing Director and the Americas SAP SuccessFactors HCM Leader at Ernst & Young LLP, where they lead the SAP Human Capital practice. Previously, Lori served as a Senior Systems Analyst at FirstEnergy Corp., managing the HR/Payroll Systems Team from 1992 to 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they were a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM, where they focused on managing and implementing Global HCM in SAP. Lori's career at EY began in 2014, and they currently hold the position of Executive Director. Lori earned their degree from Kent State University between 1988 and 1992.
