Lou Raniero is currently the Americas Innovation Leader for International Tax and Transaction Services at EY, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to this role, they served as a Partner at Ernst & Young from 1994 to 2008 and as an Advisor for the ICON Oil & Gas Fund from 2008 to 2013. Lou also acted as President and CEO of SharedSociety from 2012 to 2014, leading a cloud-based platform aimed at helping schools and municipalities manage information. Lou earned a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law between 1995 and 1999.
