Lua Scarlata

Lua Scarlata is a senior manager at Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in International Tax and Transaction Services since 2016. Previously, Lua managed the Vietnam and Asia-Pacific Tax Desks as well as International Tax Services at EY from 2014 to 2016. Before joining EY, Lua worked as a manager at KPMG from 2006 to 2012. Lua holds a Master of Studies in Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law, completed in 2022, and continues education with the ACCA and CPA certifications. Additionally, Lua earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University in 2006.
