Luis M Peña is a passionate leader in the field of People Advisory Services at EY Mexico, where they currently serve as a Partner. With nearly 20 years of experience, Luis has specialized in payroll-related tax matters, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and due diligence processes from a human resources perspective. They have previously held positions such as HR Business Partner at Direct Holdings Global and Associate Partner at EY, and have contributed to various committees, including serving as President of the Human Capital Committee at the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México. Luis holds a degree in Contaduría from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and has furthered their education as a Trusted Business Advisor in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Panamericana.
