Luke Hardcastle

Luke Hardcastle is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at the Dublin Fringe Festival since November 2018, Luke contributes financial expertise to the Board of Directors of this innovative arts organization. As a Partner at EY since January 2019, advisory services are provided to Executive Management teams and Government Officials on corporate strategies including infrastructure projects and M&A. Luke's prior role as Financial & Commercial Advisor for the Government of Ireland involved advising on policy implementation and governance of State Companies. With a background that includes an Associate Director position at EY and a strong foundation in audit management, Luke holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAS and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Loughborough University.
