Luke Kitchen

Luke Kitchen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental and social governance, currently serving as a Director at EY since August 2015, having previously held positions such as Senior Manager and Manager within the organization. A graduate of Melbourne Business School with first-class honours, Luke holds an MBA in Finance and Business Strategy and possesses dual bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Geology from the University of Melbourne. Prior to joining EY, Luke contributed significantly to Rio Tinto Iron Ore as a Specialist Advisor in the Social and Environmental Impact Assessment team, managing a team of approximately 80 employees, and worked as an Environment Advisor. Luke's early career includes an internship at GHD focused on hydrogeology and groundwater remediation.
