Lusi Lubis

Lusi Lubis is a Partner in People Advisory Services at EY, skilled in Organisation Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership, and Reward Management. Lusi served as Country Head at Aon Hewitt from 2013 to 2016 and as a Managing Consultant at Hay Group from 2002 to 2013. From 1996 to 2001, Lusi was a Consultant at Accenture, later holding the role of Chief People Officer at Lazada Group from 2017 to 2018. Lusi earned an M.B.A. in Organization Strategy from the William E. Simon School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
