Maarten Lintsen

Maarten Lintsen is an accomplished HR Director currently serving as a member of the Management Board at EY Netherlands, where they focus on leadership, culture, and AI empowerment to enhance people experience. With a robust background in human resources, Maarten has held positions such as HR manager at Dura Vermeer Divisie Infra B.V. from 2007 to 2017 and HR advisor at Stadgenoot in 2004. They also contributed as the chair of the advisory board at Ranger Human Capital from 2021 to 2023.
