Madelein Meppelink OLY is a Manager in People Consulting at EY, focusing on people performance within the People & Transformation pillar. With a background as a professional beach volleyball player, Madelein competed in three Olympic Games and is a two-time European Champion. They hold a BSc in Pharmacy and an MSc in Management, which was completed with distinction at Erasmus University. Additionally, Madelein serves as the president of the Athletes Commission and is a board member of the FIVB Board of Administration, continually contributing to the sport's development.
