Manuel Rivera

Manuel Rivera is a tax partner at EY Peru with over 20 years of experience in tax advisory and planning for various sectors, including infrastructure, telecommunications, and finance. Currently serving as the Tax Infrastructure Leader at EY, Manuel manages client engagements for significant Public-Private Partnerships and Government-to-Government Agreements in Peru. An active participant in professional organizations, they are a member of the Tax Committee of the Association for the Promotion of National Infrastructure and an associate of the International Fiscal Association and the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law. Manuel holds a degree as a Tax Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master of Laws in International Taxation from New York University, and has taught tax law courses at both PUCP and Universidad Mayor de San Marcos.
