Marc Jansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and project management at EY since January 2007. As a Director and member of the Europe West Talent Leadership Team, responsibility includes developing and executing the EY Talent Strategy across 25 countries in Europe and Africa, as well as managing significant cross-border Talent and Partner Matters projects. Marc Jansen holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, and Law from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
