Marek Borowski

Marek Borowski is the Country Audit Managing Partner and Assurance Coordinator at EY Chile, overseeing multinational projects and teams within LATAM. With extensive experience in external audit and internal processes, they specialize in the implementation of RPA and provide financial advisory on cross-border financing, business acquisitions, and tax structures. Marek previously served as a Partner in the Mining & Energy Group at EY, where they led the Power & Utilities group and worked with notable clients such as Falabella and Codelco. They earned a Master's in Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business and a Contador Auditor degree from Universidad de Chile.
