Margit Vunder

Margit Vunder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and cultural transformation, currently championing growth and inclusivity at EY. Previously, they served as Associate Director and Business Consultant at EY, leading DEI initiatives and operational transformations. Margit co-founded Cervo Volante GmbH, where they implemented Holacracy and facilitated self-organizing teams. Their career also includes significant roles at The Dow Chemical Company, where they spearheaded large-scale operational excellence projects, and Tektronix Inc as a Sales Operations Manager.
