Maribel Torres

Maribel Torres has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, having worked at American Express from January 2006 to February 2012, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and coordinating national outsourcing providers. Throughout this tenure, Maribel also held the role of Recruitment Relationship Leader, focusing on recruitment strategies and employer consultation. Currently, Maribel serves as a Human Resources Business Partner and Recruitment Manager at EY since July 2023, overseeing recruitment programs aligned with business needs and facilitating employee induction processes. Additionally, Maribel has been a Talent Consultant and HR Business Partner at EY Mexico since January 2020. Maribel holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Simon Bolivar, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
