Marissa Staats

Marissa Staats, CPA, MBA, is a Resource Manager and Supervising Associate at EY since 2024. They previously served as a Financial Reporting Accountant at Cleveland-Cliffs and held various roles at EY, starting as an Assurance Intern and advancing to Experience Manager. Marissa earned their Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from John Carroll University. Earlier in their career, they worked in customer-facing roles, including a Bank Teller at Premier Bank & Trust and a Retail Salesperson at EXPRESS, while also volunteering as a cheerleading coach for the Revere Local School District.
