Marit van Heugten

Marit van Heugten is currently the Chief of Staff for Clients & Industries at EY Netherlands. Previously, they served as a Market Segment Manager for Energy & Government at EY and held managerial roles in development and marketing at Deal Drecht Cities. Marit has also been actively involved in leadership positions within various maritime organizations, including the Rotterdam Maritime Board and the Young Maritime Board, focusing on strengthening network initiatives for young professionals in the maritime sector. They hold a Master's degree in Governance and Management of Complex Systems from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with multiple degrees from Leiden University and Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
