Mark Boyle

Mark Boyle is a partner at EY, where they specialize in tax for private equity and financial services transactions. As a client service partner, Mark leads relationships with several global financial services clients and serves on the EY UK LLP Board. Previously, they led the EMEIA Financial Services International Tax and Transaction Services group. Mark began their career as a senior associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and they hold a MA in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Certificat d’Etudes Juridiques Françaises from Université de Poitiers. In addition to their professional work, Mark serves as vice-chair of a Federation of Primary Schools in North London and has over 20 years of experience as a school governor.
