Mark Fraser

Mark Fraser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll advisory and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at EY since July 2024, Mark previously held the position of Payroll Advisory Leader at Deloitte from September 2016 to July 2024. Additional roles include Manager at Accenture (August 2015 - August 2016) and Senior Lead Consultant in North American Project Services at ADP GlobalView (February 2010 - July 2015). Mark's expertise also encompasses change management and SAP payroll consulting, having worked with Accenture and Prodigy Consulting Group Ltd. Mark began the career journey with a focus on application consulting for SAP Payroll while also serving as a consultant for the Province of Nova Scotia. Mark holds a Bachelor of Information Systems degree with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning from St. Francis Xavier University, completed between 2000 and 2004.
