Mark Fruish

Mark Fruish is an accomplished M&A professional currently serving as an Associate Director in Corporate Finance at EY, a position held since 2022. With prior experience as a Senior Manager in Sustainability and various roles in Corporate Finance and Audit at EY, they have developed a strong expertise in corporate finance services. Before joining EY, Mark served as Compliance Manager at Verastar, overseeing compliance operations and personnel in one of the UK’s largest business-to-business communications providers.
