Mark Halliwell

Mark Halliwell currently serves as the Director of Finance for the Jersey Financial Services Commission since December 2024. Prior to this role, Mark Halliwell built an extensive career at EY, starting as an Auditor and progressing to positions including Audit Manager, Senior Audit Manager, and ultimately Director, a tenure that began in October 2002. Mark Halliwell holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, completed between 1999 and 2002, and received foundational education at Tonbridge School from 1994 to 1999.
