With over 25 years of experience, Mark has worked extensively in the energy sector, serving as a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry and as the Group Head of Organization Effectiveness at Shell. They have also held various roles at Accenture and EY, driving change and performance improvement initiatives across the industrial landscape. Mark's educational pursuits include a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
