Mark Jepsen

Mark Jepsen has over 14 years of experience in customer service and technical support roles across various companies. Mark's professional journey began at Detlef's Grillstegning with administrative and production-related tasks from June 2008 to August 2022. Subsequent roles included positions as a Kundekonsulent and Learning Specialist at Sitel Denmark, where responsibilities encompassed technical support, coaching existing and new consultants, and creating training materials.
