Mark Large

Mark Large is a technology-enabled learning leader currently serving as a Partner in People Consulting at EY. They have extensive experience in transformation and human resources, previously holding senior roles in the UK Ministry of Defence where they led significant organizational changes and efficiency programs. Prior to this, Mark served as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Air Force, overseeing logistics in major international operations. Mark's academic qualifications include multiple degrees, including an MSc in Management from the University of York and a BSc in Logistics Management from the University of Lincoln.
