Currently, Mark serves as the Director of Contract Operations for EY’s U.S. General Counsel's Office, focusing on transforming contract lifecycle management and modernizing supporting technologies. Previously, Mark held significant roles at Factor and Booz Allen Hamilton, managing multi-national contracts and leading global teams. Mark founded Top Knot Solutions, providing consultancy in legal operations and contract management. Mark has a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University and is pursuing a Doctor of Law at Nova Southeastern University.
