Mark Mathewson

Mark Mathewson is a LATAM Capital Markets Leader currently based in São Paulo, Brazil. They began their career at EY in 1995 as a staff accountant and eventually became an Assurance Partner, overseeing the Growth Markets practice and the Entrepreneur Of The Year® program in the Pacific Northwest until June 2019. In July 2019, Mark transitioned to a leadership role in the Capital Markets team for South America, later being named Capital Markets Leader for LATAM in July 2022. With over 30 years of experience serving clients across various industries, they possess extensive knowledge in public filings, mergers and acquisitions, and internal controls, and have worked in EY offices in London and Cambridge. Mark graduated magna cum laude from Western Washington University with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
