Mark Molepske

Mark Molepske is the Managing Director of Real Estate at EY-Parthenon, Ernst & Young, LLP, where they co-lead a team providing transaction services to clients in the Central United States. With over 25 years of experience in real estate consulting and valuation, Mark has valued more than $100 billion in real estate and associated debt in recent years. Previously, Mark founded Molepske Realty Advisors and held positions at Wells Fargo Bank, Sommer, Adler & Company, and Northwestern Mutual. Mark holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin.
