Mark Welburn

Mark Welburn has an extensive career in project and programme management, with significant experience in the IT and banking sectors. Beginning as a Network Support Analyst at Halifax, Mark progressed through various roles, notably at IBM, where responsibilities included managing complex infrastructure programs for Thames Water Utilities and Coca Cola European Partners. Expertise encompasses overseeing large-scale transitions and transformations at major institutions such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Wood Group, and RSA Insurance Group. Mark's background also features experience as a contractor providing desktop support and rollout engineering, along with a solid foundation in estate management with a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree from Newcastle Polytechnic. Currently, Mark serves as Transition Lead at EY.
