Mark Williamson

Mark Williamson is a Senior Manager in Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) Advisory within Forensic & Integrity Services at EY, where they focus on protecting and driving value for clients through integrated services. Mark is an active member of EY's Neurodiversity Community, promoting awareness and the importance of inclusion, and sits on the Assurance DE&I Council's Neurodiversity pillar. They have previously held positions at EY including Assistant Manager and Manager in various advisory roles, and served as a Forensic Accountant at Smith & Williamson. Mark holds an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a BSc in Mathematics from Durham University.
