Marlin Ness

Marlin Ness is a Managing Director in the Financial Services Technology Transformation Consulting Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP, where they focus on IT operating models, organizational structures, and process effectiveness. With over thirty years of experience in enterprise IT processes, Marlin has successfully implemented over 150 major IT projects, specializing in command centers and data centers. Prior to Ernst & Young, they served as the Deputy CIO for the United States Army's 66 MI Group, overseeing a large team and managing significant IT operations and modernization efforts. Marlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
