Marna Ricker

EY Americas Vice Chair, Tax at EY

An EY veteran of more than 20 years, Marna is the EY Americas Tax Vice Chair. She advises the overall tax strategy, client services and tax offering development for the 15,000-person EY Americas Tax services. She ensures that the Americas tax strategy aligns with the overall Americas and Global Tax objectives.

Prior to her current role, Marna held various leadership roles in the organization, including most recently as the EY US Central Tax Leader. Marna’s experience includes assisting multinational companies in global transformation efforts, improving financial structuring as well as tax compliance and reporting. She remains active in client service as the lead tax partner for an industry-leading manufacturing company.

Marna has a keen interest in driving the future of tax through innovation and the exploration and application of technology. She earned a JD (Juris Doctor) degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a BS in Accounting from Ohio State University.
