Martin Williams

Martin Williams is a Partner at EY, where they advise financial and strategic investors on tax aspects related to mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and various transactional matters. Previously, Martin held senior roles at KPMG, Deloitte, and PwC, specializing in tax consulting for the banking and securities sectors, and managed teams in high-stakes acquisitions and dispositions. From 2006 to 2016, Martin served as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, focusing on M&A tax matters while contributing to industry presentations and publications. Martin has pursued extensive education, including an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Pace University, a JD in Taxation from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and an LL.M. in Tax Law from New York University School of Law.
