With over 25 years of experience leading teams, Marty has served as a Managing Director, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives across multiple clients and regions. Marty has coached more than 700 clients, delivered group sessions, and contributed to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through national steering committees.
