Mat holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from the University of St. Andrews and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University. In their personal life, Mat actively contributes to local charities and coaching at a prominent swimming club, enjoying sailing and endurance sports alongside family life in rural West Sussex.
